Are you affected by slow down in the international market?
If not. Think again!
The most affected are those New Freshers (2009) Passed out, it is unlucky that 2009 passed out freshers have to face the heat, where in their previuos batch [ Freshers ] did not.
Less Campus recruitments, almost no off-campus due to slow-down, recruitment for freshers at software enggg level has dropped drastically, all though there are still few posts available, but only for those who have secured very high ranking through out their educational career.
So how one can beat this slow-down that is affecting the Freshers coming out of their graduation without any experience and almost no support both financially and in expertise level, here are few things one can do to enhance their skill levels and beat the slow down.
1. Look For Higher Education [ M.S ]
A really good option for those who are willing to spend two more years/ and hope by then the slow-down has passed away.
2. Join some good Training Institutes. [ With/ Without Stipend ]
This is also a good option if you have patients and time to spend and learn about latest technologies and trends in the market to enhance your skills and grow your knowledge base and resume.
3. Jon a Technical Helpdesk? [Maybe if you are bored]
If you are Cuarageous and can take this bold step, then go ahead – All the Best.
More Coming sooon…
